We will have access to the Waterworks Museum much earlier than the general public

For this workshop, we will be heading to the Waterworks Museum. This is a technique to bring impact to your images. We will show you the ways to “See” the image and capture it using not just composition but, multiple exposure.  This is not a one or two over and under technique; it is a learning experience to see how your camera sees and how to make the adjustments to capture those details with natural light.

Our course is intended for the photographer that wishes to improve their skills shooting indoors with natural and existing light. We will be covering the following in shooting for detail and Impact:

  • What is good light and bad light?

  • Lens Selection

  • How to shoot for focus stacking

  • How to Expose in any given lighting situation; long exposures and short exposures in the same blended image. I.E shooting to keep the highlights from being blown out and the shadows from being blocked up. (Extending dynamic range)

  • Exposure for color or B&W

This is intended for the photographer that wants to improve their skills with shooting indoors with natural light.

  • Manual Mode – Control your camera

    • How to change your ISO.

    • How to change your shutter speed.

    • How to change Aperture.

  • In this training we will show you:

    • How to manually or auto focus to get the best results.

      The following equipment is recommended

    • Tripod – Required for long exposure portion of training

    • Shutter release (Cable or wireless)– You can use a delay mode but that will be cumbersome and time consuming for you.

    • Your intermediate lens and one or two more to capture as wide an angle and as telephoto as you have in your kit.

Our workshops are designed with a hands on approach to give you the best learning environment.  To register and join us click on the PayPal button, space is limited.
