Sturbridge Village in Sturbridge Ma, is an active living history museum that preserves and celebrates New England’s rural heritage from the 19th century. The Village includes 59 antique buildings, three water-powered mills, and a working farm. There are numerous authentic buildings in this village that include churches, living quarters, Blacksmith Shop, Taverns, Potters and more to provide you with an authentic New England experience from the 19th century.


For this workshop we will be visiting as many of the sites as possible. This is a great workshop at the Village where we will guide you with lens selection, composition, metering, panoramic stitching techniques.


As with all of our workshops it is intended to the photographer that wishes to improve their shooting skills in terms of:

  • Shot selection

  • Lens selection

  • Compositional height and angles

  • Use of Filters

  • Exposure Blending Techniques

  • Metering techniques and above all have fun

  • The following equipment is recommended


    • DSLR

    • Medium zoom 24-70 mm

    • long zoom 24-70 mm

    • Macro 105 mm

Our workshops are designed with a hands-on approach to give you the best learning environment.

  • As with all of my workshops I do not shoot along with you but rather I am there as you teacher and guide. We will follow all State Covid Requirements

Maximum of 10 students, Minimum of 4 students

Workshop $295 which includes Admission and Webinar

This workshop also includes a two hour webinar post processing techniques to add impact to your image. Software techniques to include TK8 Luminosity, and Topaz Suite

Software webinar will be online on June 18th from 5:00 – 7:00 PM. The webinar will be recorded for those that can not attend online
