We’ll also delve into advanced techniques, including in-camera impressionistic photography, exposure techniques using histograms, HDR via hand blending, and long exposures. With my guidance, you can hone your skills and develop your own unique style to create images that truly stand out.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced photographer, my lessons are designed to take your photography to the next level. We’ll work together to create quality images that focus on your expressive vision, using the same methods I use for my gallery work. We’ll also cover planning your photographic sessions, including when and how to photograph taking into account weather and seasonal considerations.

After our field session, I offer online photo critiques of your work so you can learn about your strengths and areas for improvement. Private lessons can be arranged with travel and lodging included if you’re not local to my area.
